Health protocol monitoring is intensified on weekends

Moreover, Thousand Islands Regency will also strengthen strict health protocol monitoring for tourists who use sea transportation to Thousand Islands by requiring them to bring negative COVID-19 certificate based on PCR swab or rapid antigen test results.

Thousand Islands Regency Assistant, Sujanto Budiroso said, this policy applies equally to residents and tourists. Health protocol monitoring will be carried out both to residents and tourists from departure piers, such as Marina Pier, Kaliadem Pier, Rawasaban Pier, and Tanjung Pasir Pier.

"Health protocol monitoring is intensified on weekends. Based on the result of our monitoring this morning, residents and tourists have been orderly follow the regulations. Those who want to go to Thousand Islands should have negative COVID-19 certificate," he said after observing health protocol monitoring at Marina Pier, Ancol, North Jakarta, Saturday (4/17).

For tourists who don't have negative COVID-19 certificate will be assisted to check their health with Thousand Islands Health Sub-agency officers.

"This morning, there are 50 tourists and residents from Marina Pier who want to go to Thousand Islands. All of them have brought swab test results. However, we still provide rapid antigen test services at piers," he conveyed.
